SHIPPING:

FREE Shipping on orders $150+

Orders are usually processed within 2 days after being placed. If we are experiencing a delay in shipping, we will make an announcement on our Facebook page.

We are NOT responsible for:

Packages lost or damaged by the USPS. Please contact them directly and file a report. 

Packages marked delivered by the USPS or delivery method. You will need to contact them directly. Packages usually arrive 1-2 days later due to courier error. 

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:

The customer is responsible for making sure the address entered is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages being returned due to incorrect delivery address. Customer will be charged again for shipping if a package is returned and in need of being reshipped. 

If you notice an error after your order is placed please contact us immediately. We will try and catch the order to make the changes when possible.
