When Grounds & Hounds launched in the spring of 2014, they set out to achieve two goals: Provide every pup with a second chance at a full and loving life. Second, catalyze our coffee-drinking, animal-loving friends to reclaim the last 15 minutes of their morning. Sit & Stay was developed to serve as a simple, yet delicious reminder that the world can wait 15 minutes while you exhale, sip your coffee, and sneak in a few more belly rubs with your four-legged best friend.
Blending beans from Papua New Guinea, Mexico, and Peru, we created our most full-bodied and savory coffee yet. Aromatic notes of Milk Chocolate and Clove explode from the cup and the first sip reveals soft notes of marshmallows and subtle hints of Black Cherry.

At Grounds & Hounds Coffee Co.®, we believe that great coffee can fuel a greater purpose. Through the sale of our organic and eco-friendly specialty coffees, we support rescue initiatives and organizations providing a second chance for pups in need of a helping hand. 20% of all Grounds & Hounds profits are deployed to our rescue organizations working to make the second-chance mission a reality. Beyond creating the best cup of organic and eco-friendly coffee possible, Grounds & Hounds was created with an overarching purpose in mind; provide every at-risk pup with a second chance at a full life. To turn our passion into action, we collaborate with some of the most innovative animal rescue & welfare organizations throughout the country to provide funding and support for life-saving initiatives that impact rescue pups in communities throughout the country.
RETURN POLICY:
ALL Returns must be received within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange.
We do not issue refunds back to the original form of payment. Store credit will be issued and will not expire. Store credit will not include original shipping costs paid.
An order cannot be refunded to original payment once it is placed. Order cancellations will be issued a store credit.
Merchandise must not have been worn, washed, altered, used, opened, or damaged in any way. All tags and original packaging must still be attached.
Gift Cards, Jewelry, Final Sale/Clearance, food, personalized, or holiday-related items (including apparel, decor, and gifts) are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.
If an item is discounted at 30% or more, it is considered to be a clearance product and will be final sale.
Holiday returns must be received by January 15th.
Customer is responsible for all shipping on returned items.
If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return, or an item is returned due to the address being undeliverable, we will hold your item for 14 days. You must contact thetulipmagnolia@gmail.com. You will be charged a $5 shipping fee for the item to be resent. After 14 days, your item will be considered unclaimed and will be donated to charity.
Please allow our team 10-14 business days to process your return once we receive it. Once the item has been processed, you will receive an email with your merchandise credit.
DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
Please review your order as soon as you receive it. If you think you received a defective item, please contact our Customer Service department at thetulipmagnolia@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt. You must include a photo of the item along with a detailed explanation. Title your email DAMAGE or WRONG ITEM. We try our best to replace all defective merchandise ASAP.
We are not responsible for damage to items due to misuse, improper care, or incorrect sizing.
