Simply heat up Warmies in your microwave for up to 90 sec. Ensure that your microwave is clean and your turntable can rotate freely. Use the heating guide attached to your Warmies for proper heating time.
Enjoy the soothing warmth for up to 2 hours, reheat when the product is at room temperature.
To use as an ice-pack, place your Warmies within a grip seal freezer bag and place in the freezer for 2-3 hours. This will help to ease bruises and sprains and also reduce temperature.
Contains carefully selected organic filling material and dried French lavender. Surface wash only with a lightly damp cloth.
DO NOT immerse in water, or wash in a washing machine, as this will harm the filling material.
RETURN POLICY:
ALL Returns must be received within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange.
We do not issue refunds back to the original form of payment. Store credit will be issued and will not expire. Store credit will not include original shipping costs paid.
An order cannot be refunded to original payment once it is placed. Order cancellations will be issued a store credit.
Merchandise must not have been worn, washed, altered, used, opened, or damaged in any way. All tags and original packaging must still be attached.
Gift Cards, Jewelry, Final Sale/Clearance, personalized, or holiday-related items (including apparel, decor, and gifts) are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.
If an item is discounted at 30% or more, it is considered to be a clearance product and will be final sale.
Holiday returns must be received by January 15th.
Customer is responsible for all shipping on returned items.
If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return, or an item is returned due to the address being undeliverable, we will hold your item for 14 days. You must contact thetulipmagnolia@gmail.com. You will be charged a $5 shipping fee for the item to be resent. After 14 days, your item will be considered unclaimed and will be donated to charity.
Please allow our team 10-14 business days to process your return once we receive it. Once the item has been processed, you will receive an email with your merchandise credit.
DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
Please review your order as soon as you receive it. If you think you received a defective item, please contact our Customer Service department at thetulipmagnolia@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt. You must include a photo of the item along with a detailed explanation. Title your email DAMAGE or WRONG ITEM. We try our best to replace all defective merchandise ASAP.
We are not responsible for damage to items due to misuse, improper care, or incorrect sizing.
